Flash was a beautiful dog. I used to have a dog named "Rusty" He was beautiful too! Rusty was killed by a tow truck (speeding on our street) after knowing him for 15 years. He was brave, protective, and (in short) a wonderful friend. animals have a wonderful way of reincarnating. after many years, I moved to a new city,and on a hot day left my front door open to cook dinner in the kitchen. there was no furniture in the kitchen yet so I sat down on the floor to eat and there was a big black english chow that wandered in and sat down with me there. I ate dinner, and offered him a piece of steak. He stayed with me for many years, He was brave, and very protective. In Hammer's eyes I could see Rusty, and the funny thing is, he would answer to his name. (I tried it once just to see if he would.) Nothing I say will bring Flash back to you, but you may see him in another sog that comes to you someday.(so don't be surprised if it happens. So sorry to hear of your loss.
